What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 10:00am.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in (typically 2:00pm to 3:00pm) may be available for an additional fee. If it’s available for your stay, you’ll be able to add it during the booking process.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out (typically 10:00am to 11:00am) may be available for an additional fee. If it’s available for your stay, you’ll be able to add it during the booking process.

What’s included when I arrive (tea, coffee and essentials)?

We provide a complimentary starter pack, which usually includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet roll, kitchen roll, hand wash, and a few basic cleaning items.

As the apartments are self-catering, these items are not replenished during your stay.

Are bedding and towels provided?

Yes. Beds are prepared with hotel-quality linen, and towels are provided for each guest.

How do I access the property?

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed, we’ll email you the arrival information, including self check-in instructions and your unique access code (where applicable).

If you can’t see the email, please check your junk/spam folder.

Where do I find the WiFi details?

WiFi details are provided in the apartment welcome information, usually at the front of the welcome guide inside the property.

What if there’s a problem during my stay?

Please tell us as soon as possible so we can put things right quickly. If something isn’t right, notify us ideally within 24 hours of arrival.

Can I leave luggage before check-in?

We don’t offer luggage storage at the apartment. If you arrive early, York has several reliable left-luggage options in and around the city centre, including storage points near the railway station and central locker-style services. A quick search for “left luggage York” will show current prices and locations for your travel time.
