6) Guide content and information disclaimer
Guide content on the Site is provided for general information and editorial purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying critical details such as opening times, ticketing, pricing, accessibility, and travel advice with the relevant venues/providers.
7) Paid social media advertising, post slots, promotions, and campaign services
This section applies when you purchase any advertising, post slot, promotional placement, listing, campaign work, or similar service (“Promotion Services”).
7.1 Booking, scheduling, and delivery
- Promotion Services are scheduled based on the product/service description and available slots.
- We may require confirmation of final creative, copy, links, and any disclosures before publishing.
- If you miss deadlines for supplying required materials, your slot may be delayed or forfeited. We may, at our discretion, offer an alternative slot subject to availability.
7.2 Approval rights and refusals
All Promotion Services are subject to our approval. We may refuse, pause, edit (for clarity, formatting, or compliance), or cancel content that in our reasonable judgement:
- is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- contains adult content, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence
- promotes prohibited, restricted, or regulated goods/services where compliance cannot be assured
- creates unreasonable risk to our audiences, our platforms, or our reputation
Where a refusal is due to the nature of the content supplied (not our fault), refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused if the slot cannot reasonably be resold.
7.3 Your responsibilities: rights, accuracy, and compliance
You confirm that any materials you supply (text, images, video, logos, claims, links, offers) are accurate and that you have all rights and permissions to use them. You agree not to provide misleading claims or omit important information required for compliance.
7.4 Licences you grant to us
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit (for formatting and compliance), publish, and display materials you provide for the purpose of delivering the Promotion Services. This licence lasts as long as reasonably required to provide the service and maintain posts/archives unless you request removal and removal is feasible and lawful.
7.5 Disclosures and labelling
Where required by platform rules or advertising standards, posts may be labelled as an advertisement or include a disclosure (for example, “ad” or “paid partnership”). You agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance steps.
7.6 No guarantee of results
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee reach, impressions, views, clicks, engagement, enquiries, or sales. Performance is influenced by factors outside our control including platform algorithms and audience behaviour.
7.7 Platform changes and third-party control
Social platforms are third-party services. They may remove content, restrict accounts, or change features without notice. We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, moderation decisions, or restrictions imposed by third parties.
7.8 Cancellations and refunds for Promotion Services
Refunds and rescheduling are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and any specific terms shown on the service listing at checkout.

10) WiFi and internet usage in accommodation
Where we provide guest WiFi/internet at accommodation, use is subject to the following “as is” terms. If you do not agree, do not use the WiFi service.
- Service availability: WiFi is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, limited, or withdrawn due to provider faults, maintenance, or equipment limitations.
- Prohibited use: You must not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, defamatory content, hate content, obscene content, or to infringe intellectual property rights.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from use of the Site or Services. For Promotion Services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
