What are the Book York guides?

How do I access a digital guide after purchase?

If you purchase a digital guide, access details are typically provided after checkout and/or by email. If you can’t find the email, check your junk/spam folder, then contact us.

Can I share the guide with others?

Unless the product listing states otherwise, guides are for personal use by the purchaser. Please do not redistribute, re-upload, or resell the content.

Do you update the guides?

We may update guides from time to time. Where updates are included, the product listing will state this. Recommendations can change as venues open/close, change menus, or alter opening hours.

What if a link, venue, or recommendation changes?

We do our best to keep guides current, but York is always changing. If you spot something out of date, email us and we’ll review it.

Can I get a refund on a digital download?
