What are the standard check-in and checkout times?

Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 am.

Can I drop my luggage off at the apartment before check-in?

Luggage drop off from 12:00 noon is possible for an additional fee, which can be added during the booking process. There are also convenient luggage storage services nearby, where you can securely store your bags for a small hourly fee.

Can we check in early?

Check-in from 2-3 PM can be arranged for an additional fee, which can be added during the booking process.

Can we check out late?

Check-out from 10-11 AM is possible for an additional fee, which can be added during the booking process.

Is there tea and coffee available?

Upon arrival, you will find a starter pack in your apartment, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, hand wash, and basic cleaning supplies like washing up liquid and cloths. As our apartments are self-catering, these supplies are intended to welcome you and are not replenished during your stay.

Are bedding and towels provided?

Yes, all beds are equipped with hotel-quality linens and towels.

How do I access the property upon arrival?

After completing payment, you will instantly receive detailed instructions via email, including a unique code for self-check-in.

Where can I find the Wi-Fi details?

Wi-Fi information can be found in the front of the welcome guide inside the apartment.

How do I report an issue or a complaint during my stay?

We aim for your stay to be flawless. However, if any issues arise, please notify us within 24 hours of arrival, and we will promptly address your concerns. For additional complaints, feel free to email us directly.
